Here's What PRIME|access Alumnae Have to Say:
"Thank you for allowing me to be a part of the Prime Access program and introducing me to one of the most influential people in my young career, whom I hope to call a friend for many years to come."
"My mentee was very willing to listen to my advice and ask questions and we got along very well and I feel like I watched her really come into her own over our time together regarding some issues she had been having at work."
"I grew tremendously both personally and professionally. My work with my mentor was enhanced with the Prime Access breakfast seminars."
"It was a great match for me. We were in the same area and my mentee was open to learning and change."
"The implied and stated trust and relection opportunites that develop from this program (and a new friend) are something that can be very meaningful and unexpected."
"Over the last several months, her advice and encouragement not only helped me become a better manager in my current role, but allowed for me to actually have a work/life balance and receive a substantial promotion. Recently, she helped me through a career altering decision. Not only did she help me trust myself and my own instincts, she helped me negotiate a better offer. Her counsel provided me invaluable lessons on advocacy, perception and negotiation, that as a woman I was afraid to ask for."
"My network with the WICT committee and other WICT mentees has created valuable connections."
