Mentee Application Check List

As part of the application process for Prime Access: NYWICT Executive Mentoring Program, you are required to submit a recommendation to support your candidacy. The person recommending you should be familiar with you on a professional basis and simply state their impressions of how you may benefit from participating in the program. Your recommender may be your boss, an HR executive, or a superior to whom you do not necessarily directly report, for example.

Out of respect for their time, you may wish to convey your request using the following explanation (in person or via email):

I am applying to the Prime Access: NYWICT Executive Mentoring Program to enhance my professional development. Since you have a good understanding of my performance and career aspirations, a recommendation from you would really mean a lot to me. If you could kindly write a brief email on my behalf expressing your confidence that I would benefit from the mentoring program, I would truly appreciate it.

Please submit your recommendation to info@nywict.org with the subject line “Prime Access Recommendation” [by INSERT DEADLINE].
